About

Cherokee Bay Community Club is centrally located – we have easy access to highways, restaurants, shops, banks, schools and daycare. We’re minutes away from three fire and safety facilities, two urgent care units, a regional law enforcement center, and we’re close to two area hospitals.

We are a lakefront community with common areas supporting two clubhouses that are available for rent to residents, a four acre park with a swimming beach with dock, tennis and basketball courts, a fenced playground, and a boat launch for our residents enjoyment. We have a open dog park area dedicated to off-leash dog fun!

Our neighborhood was established in the 1970s, and was a popular resort community in the 1940s. We consist of approximately 868 homes with 9 miles of private roadways. We are fortunate to have and maintain our own unfluoridated water system.

We have an on-site maintenance crew Monday through Friday. The crew maintains all easements, drainage along with park and beach maintenance.

There are monthly Board meetings open to the community on the second Thursday of each month.

There are two local lakes in our area, and we’re within half a mile to both hiking and biking trails. Campgrounds are also available close by.
